Lost property
Left something behind on a bus? Don't panic, any items that are handed into our drivers or found by staff are logged and sent to one of our depots, complete the online Contact Form to report your lost property.
Please be aware that if your item was lost at one on one of our outer depot buses it may take a couple of days to make its way to our main lost property store.
Perishable items, such as food, will be disposed of straight away, so try not to leave your sandwiches on the bus! Other lost property is kept for one month, after which it's disposed of or given to charity.
